Cristal Global Announces Partial Lifting of Force Majeure

JEDDAH, SAUDI ARABIA and HUNT VALLEY, MD USA (July 12, 2010) - Cristal Global announces today that it is partially lifting its declaration of Force Majeure with respect to products manufactured at its Stallingborough, UK TiO₂ production facility.  As of today’s date, the declaration of Force Majeure is lifted with respect to all products, with the exception of Tiona^® 168, manufactured at Cristal Global’s Stallingborough, UK TiO₂ production facility.  The declaration of Force Majeure shall remain in place with respect to Tiona^® 168 product manufactured at the site, until further notice.
